We are asking each family to provide at least 10 names and addresses of potential sponsors but have provided space for 15. If you have more than 15, please complete this form again. You can list anyone from anywhere. Last year we received donations from about 30 different states. Each of these individuals will receive a letter with your student's name PROMINENTLY displayed requesting them to sponsor your child(ren) in Cougars on the Prowl. These names and addresses will only be used for a one-time mailing and then will be destroyed. Make sure to include all of your children's names on the top so we can make sure the mailings are accurate. We had approximately 350 students turn in a sponsor sheet last year. This year we are looking to have at least 700 sponsor sheets.
